It's time for another monthly challenge at Scrapping4funChallenges. 

In October 2024 we have Challenge 240 Anything Goes.

With this Mixed Media project I started by covering an A5 sheet of paper with Washi tape in strips underneath each other. Then I drew a big heart on the Washi tape paper and doodled the line of the heart a bit. Then I started working with Gesso; I used this to work on the Washi tape outside the heart. The last steps were cutting 3 hearts of different sizes and shapes from matching design paper and sticking them in the heart with a string, sticking on some felt hearts and a text and adding a doodle border around the text, hearts and the edge. 

What did I use:

- 300 Grams Watercolour paper

- 21 Colours Washi-tape

- Uni POSCA PC-1 MR black 24

- White Gesso

- Hearts from The Golden Oldie XXL Collectors Book Art by Marlene ABM-ES-MPP10 

- Black cardstock 

- Hemp Cord from Vaessen creative 3908-010 Basic

Goedemorgen

Vandaag plaats ik mijn eerste inspiratiekaart als designer van Kleuren met Potloden. Ik heb al eerder kaarten op dit blog geplaatst, maar toen was ik Gastdesigner. Echter vanaf 1 september zit ik in het Designteam.

Ik heb een slimline-kaart gemaakt, waarvan ik de achtergrond gemaakt heb met Izink Dye Ink en 2 stencils. De sketch die ik gebruikt hebt, is van Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2. De digi, BannaPie Winterday van My Besties, heb ik ingekleurd met Derwent Inktense kleurpotloden. Onder de foto van de kaart geef ik een overzicht van de spullen die ik gebruikt heb.

Today a new challenge has started at Star Stampz Challenge Blog. This challenge has Challenge 62 - Anything Goes/Men or Boys as its theme. 

I used Football Soccer Boy from Star Stampz shop Etsy and I colored the image with Derwent Inktense Pencils.

In de challenge van juli was ik 1 van de prijswinnaars en mocht ik tevens Gastdesigner zijn in een volgende challenge. 

Daarom ben ik deze maand Gastdesigner bij Cheerful Sketches Challenge Blog.

De sketch voor september kreeg ik toegestuurd evenals de te gebruiken digi (Little Gardener) die nog ingekleurd moest worden. Hiermee ben ik aan de slag gegaan met onderstaand resultaat.

Hi Blog Friends

It is rare that I use a 3D picture, but for this creation I still started cutting out all the parts. The book from which I took this picture, I got as a gift almost 10 years ago. Cutting out all the parts is a lot of work, but when the creation is finished, it is actually always quite nice.

First I took beautiful red structured cardboard and rounded the corners with a punch. I glued the also rounded design paper onto the red cardstock. Then I started building the picture in 3D. I added snow around the edges of the design paper and finally I added Star Dust stickles to the stars, the Christmas tree and the roof of the church, house and barn.
